Tomorrow Is Only A Day

With the inauguration taking the cake for all of america tomorrow, I am anticipating what the day after tomorrow will look like. Will people's eyes still be glazed over? Will we see six hundred rainbows? Will there be the complete eradification of pain and suffering? I think our first line of work will be to gather, stay in unity, and pray first. Then begin AND continue the conversation of how we collectively can make wise choices for our future as a nation. I don't know of a more historic event in this nations history that I will have been apart of. A black man taking leadership of a millions. Thats alot of pressure. And I hope we don't hold this man to be perfect. I hope that we treat him as our neighbour - kindly and supportively when we can and should. Its time to lay fussy, the worlds gonna end attitudes down and take up the truth of this statement: God Is Love. And we can do this together.
