President Obama

It has officially taken place. A black man for the first time has been given the role of commander and chief of the country I call home. I look forward with hope that these next four years will be a turning point in the church, in government, and in life - the kind that affects and effects all of us. May we continue to stay united in heart and not let personal preference or opinion rule our judgement. Let God be judge and let us as men and women, sons and daughters - let love rule. We have a chance to set straight the view that people have of the church and I pray we not squander it. Its as good a time as any to start living the life you've always dreamed of. But don't do it on the whims of a new president. Do it because your Father in heaven knows you and wants to walk with you and share His presence with you. We look to you Father, through You - Jesus, by You - Holy Spirit.
