Leaders Small Group

Tonight was solid. A large portion of us from youth got to hear from Robert Emmitt, lead pastor of Community Bible Church in San Antonio, Texas [Check out the church site here]. He spoke about how viral marketing and the tools we have to reach people are a huge blessing. It was rad to hear an older pastor talk about how he loves what the up-and-coming things in technology are doing for communication and youth ministry. It was simple, but encouraging. It was a great honour and blessing to hear from someone who has been running the distance and just simply connecting with people. God and people. Keep it simple.
