THE SIMPLE LIFE

If all of my life is like a moment in eternity, then what is the most important part of that 'moment'? I don't know if I have a right answer, but I do have an answer that makes sense to me. I think the most important part of my 'moment' is the part where I am listening & watching & following after my friend Jesus. I love Jesus, but the amazing thing is, me loving God doesn't make the relationship happen. It is God loving me that makes it happen. Thats an unreal & unsual type of relationship. Unheard of! Yet God did say that He would use the simple things to confound great thinkers and minds. Sometimes I feel like all of heaven is watching me...waiting to see if I will make the simple choice and love over the complex way that makes me think I will go farther, faster. I will tell you what matters, as life for me goes on...Live simply. To love people and enjoy their company and promote their dreams. To live with confidence, but to walk with humility. To listen & watch the things that God watches for and to interact and engage them. I believe that simple action will yield truth and love like apple tree's give apples. Consistently and in season.
