Work Helped Me Out
I was back to work today [after a long-unintentional, but welcomed lay-off] and I have realized a few things about work and myself that have gone unnoticed for some time now. First, I think that I think clearer when I have a task that I am responsible for. For some reason, when I am sitting around doing nothing, the creative juices don't flow so much, yet. And second, I enjoy thinking about numerous things while I work and as long as I keep up with the task at hand, no one cares if I am really out saving endangered penguins in the arctic or flying my prop-plane over the serengetti in central africa [in my day dreams of course]. I think it would be great to be able to download all of your daily experiences and thoughts and watch them with friends and compare adventures in imagination. I think we would find some pretty shocking adventures. Probably some boring ones as well. A good time none-the-less. I wonder why I put dashes between 'none-the-less?' Ah, I did it again. Must be important.
