Olympia | City of Goodness

In my search for events and up-and-coming shin-digs, I have a treasury of goodness to share. On that note, today has been a combination of the new with the old. Here are a few of the highlights:

• I was downtown twice. First, for coffee [batdorf] & a meeting. Second, for food [lemongrass], walking & talking.


• Discovered the new site for Olympian news and events. Check it out [here]. My friend Mathias is behind the concept. Check out his local business [here].


• Learned that some of my friends know some of my other friends and both groups are friends. Its amazing how small my world is getting. I really like it though.

Now for some up-and-coming shin-digs:

• The Sound - The first of three gatherings to worship, pray, prophesy, & release the sound & heart of heaven over and through the college campuses. It will be happening this saturday, April 12th from 7-11 p.m. at South Puget Sound Community College [SPSCC]


• My FIRST reminder of Spring Arts Walk 2008. Its gonna be rad. Don't miss it.

• Downtown olympia [participating locations only] hosts FIRST FRIDAY. The first friday of every month through December. Many stores will stay open later and host several new and interesting ways to spend your time with friends or that special person in your life.
