Leadership & Ping-Pong

What if we could settle leadership issues by simply playing a game of ping-pong. Wouldn't that be good?! I was thinking, "what if we could settle church issues over a game of ping-pong?" I know it sounds crazy, but its a mediating, semi-relaxing medium in which two or four people could communicate. Just think, as one persons serves the ball, its like saying, "heres what we are going to talk about." Then the person returning ball is saying something like, "well heres what I think about that topic" and answers back. The games we play are really like conversations we could be having. And I think its good to have conversations with those around you who either know more than or less than you. Either way, someone is going to learn something. And we should all be learning and then applying. Say it with me, "Learn & Apply." "Learn & Apply." For China and Japan, its the way it will go down soon and very soon.

TOKYO (Reuters) - Japan's Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda and China's President Hu Jintao are to bond over a game of table tennis, Kyodo news agency said on Tuesday, in a move reminiscent of the pingpong diplomacy that helped thaw ties between the United States and China in the 1970s.
